Waterspout is one of the monsters in Elemental Assault. It is one of the original eight monsters (plus two secret legendary's) that the player could use. It was released in the game's first alpha demo release.
Leveling[]
Waterspout evolves at level 10 and level 20. This evolution timing is shared by most other Common monsters with a few exceptions.
Attacks[]
Waterspout starts off knowing two attacks, Heavy Punch and Cascade. At level 5 it learns Healing Water. At level 10 it learns Wind Blades. At level 15 it learns Tornado Burst. At level 20 it learns Enchanted Water. And, finally, at level 25 it learns Heavy Wave.
Description[]
Waterspout loves to be dramatic. I mean, he was born by an epic, city-destroying tornado running into a 100-foot Tsunami wave, creating the most badass and dramatic entrance any monster has ever made.
