Seafoam is a legendary monster that was added in Elemental Assault 1.2. He is the Type Staple for the Water element.
Leveling[]
Seafoam evolves at level 25 and level 40. This evolution timing is shared by all other Legendary monsters.
Attacks[]
Seafoam starts off knowing two attacks, Quick Punch and 10-foot Wave. At level 5 it learns Compressed Pond. At level 10 it learns Dangerous Droplets. At level 15 it learns Icy Field. At level 20 it learns Boiling Barrage. And, finally, at level 25 it learns Compressed Sea.

Seafoam's body is only water pulled into a shape. Seafoam is actually the Blue Core, an object made of pure water energy. It uses this to manipulate water in every way imaginable and even change its temperature, burning or freezing enemies. These abilities, coupled with Seafoam's formidable durability, create a nearly unstoppable force of nature. Fire monsters beware.
